Meet The Managers
Melanie, Annabelle, and Raquel form the heart of our coordination and client support team at Senior Support Care. Together, they oversee day-to-day scheduling, caregiver training, and family communication to ensure every client receives seamless, personalized care. They act as the bridge between caregivers, clients, and families offering guidance, compassion, and clear communication at every step. Whether they’re onboarding new caregivers, responding to family updates, or checking in on clients, their shared goal is to make every interaction feel supported, consistent, and deeply human.

Mel
Melanie holds certifications CDCP, Care of the Older Person (QQI Level 5), along with a Bachelor of Education. Melanie loves connecting with people, learning their stories, and bringing laughter and dignity to every visit.

Raquel
Raquel holds a double major in Health Studies and Gerontology, along with a minor in Mental Health and Addictions. Raquel loves making seniors smile and believes patience and active listening are the foundations of great care.

Annabelle
Annabelle brings compassion, creativity, and dedication to every visit. She is known for her positive attitude and ability to make each day brighter for her clients. Annabelle values respect and ensuring every person feels seen and cared for.
