1. Personalized Companionship is beneficial if you or your loved one:

  • has a loss of socialization.

  • lacks interests in hobbies and activities they have previously enjoyed.

  • has mood changes and depression.

  • has become isolated from friends and family.

  • shows signs of disorientation.

  • has increased sleeping time and watching television with little interest.

Personalized Companionship is focused on creating a trusting and long-lasting relationship with the client and the caregiver. Social, physical, and cognitive stimulation are the main focuses with our personalized companionship support. We assign compassionate, outgoing individuals who genuinely love what they do. Being proactive about staying healthy enables the aging process to be a positive experience.


2. Alzheimer’s and Dementia support is beneficial if you or your loved one:

  • has memory loss.

  • has difficulty concentrating and communicating.

  • shows behaviour/mood changes, personality changes and functional changes.

  • has an increased loss of judgment.

  • shows difficulty with reasoning and daily tasks.

  • mishandles/misuses medication.

Alzheimer’s and Dementia support is beneficial for families and individuals who have a loved one in early, middle or end stages of dementia. Our caregivers are trained and experienced in the field of dementia care and can increase the quality of the lives of people living with dementia. We also work with the families to help provide education and support, as well as cope with the challenges of the illness. Alzheimer’s and Dementia support include cognitive therapy and helping with everyday tasks.


3. Personal Care/Household Help is beneficial if you or your loved one:

  • has falls/loss of balance.

  • lacks personal care.

  • has limited mobility.

  • has a disorganized home.

  • has Difficulty with meal preparation.

  • uses a walker or is in a wheelchair.

Personal Care is there for your family member to help keep them safe and independent. We provide Personal Support Workers who are confident in caring for seniors and who can help to create an environment where the client is respected, valued and cared for. Personal care is helping the client in whatever they need during the visit. Our staff are well educated and are respectful of the fact that every day is different for our clients, as individual’s abilities often vary day by day.


4. Nursing Home, Retirement Home & Hospital Support is beneficial if you or your loved one:

  • does not have frequent visits from family and friends.

  • often appears confused.

  • lacks mobility.

  • feels isolated.

Nursing Home, Retirement Home & Hospital Support is there so that your loved one has an advocate every day. Our caregivers make sure your loved one is looked after and that their needs are put first. We create open and transparent communication with the nursing staff and our clients family. Our caregivers focus on building a better quality of care and putting a smile on your loved ones face as soon as they enter into their room.


5. One–on–One Workshops is beneficial if you or your loved one:

  • stays at home.

  • lacks interest in group participation.

  • lacks daily physical activity.

  • is experiencing a loss of balance.

  • shows signs of cognitive decline.

One-on-one Workshops are designed for individuals of all abilities. Each program is specifically catered to our clients needs. The workshops include:

Brain Fitness

  • Focusing on key mental functions that change with age including; long-term memory, working memory, attention, executive functioning and multitasking. These aspects of your brain can improve with brain exercise. The workshop tracks improvement and provides real cognitive benefits.

Fall Prevention

  • Fall prevention workshop is a variety of exercises and activities that help reduce the risk of accidental falls. The workshop will involve exercises, balance activities and strengthening the vestibular system.

Nutrition Cooking Class

  • This workshop will include helpful takeaway tips about eating nutritional foods that could benefit cognitive health, along with a delicious meal to enjoy!

Creative Arts

  • Art is a diverse range of human activities that express the authors imaginative ideas. This workshop will allow you to be creative, laugh, smile and have fun. The workshop will focus on art that increases well-being and emotional benefits.

Salon Session

  • Relax and rejuvenate. The salon session is a workshop that is all about YOU.
